    How do I place an order? When you see an item you like, click on "Add To Cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then click on “Go To Cart” from that page click on "Checkout" to confirm your quantity and items, and enter your name, address and shipping details then click on "Complete Order" to finish with payment details. When and how will I receive my order confirmation? Within 5-15 minutes of placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that Made Alive has received your order. You will receive a second email with tracking information when your order ships. I’ve ordered something, can I add more things to my order? Yes, of course! If you buy more products on the same day, we’ll ship them as part of the same order. They may or may not ship together in the same box, however. What do I do if I made a mistake with my personal/shipping information? Can I update? No worries, just contact us on e-mail or through call with the corrections and we’ll take care of the rest. How do I check my order status? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS so you can track your order (If a mobile number not provided at the time of order placement, you can add it to your order later also. Just log in to your account and add a mobile number to the order). Whilst we make every effort to meet the timescale, during busy periods, deliveries might be a little longer. We apologise if this is the case, but we will do our best to get your order sent out as quickly as possible. If you’re having trouble tracking your order, please contact us! What payment methods do you accept? You can pay for your order by debit card, credit card (Amex, Diners, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Rupay) net banking, UPI, and wallets. My payment card isn’t being accepted? This might be because the information has not been entered correctly, but if you’ve checked all the entered information and it is definitely correct, you could try a different card, or you can contact us via email/call and we’ll look into it for you. Sometimes it happens due to banks servers being down for upgrading etc. What do I do if I made a mistake with my personal/shipping information? Can I update? Made Alive gift cards, exclusively for use on the site, is available in 5 values: ₹1000, ₹1500, ₹2000, ₹3000 & ₹5000. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Gift Card can only be redeemed online at Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking. Gift Cards will expire after 9 months from the date of issue and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Cards. Gift Card number is confidential. In the event of any misuse of Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser, Made Alive shall not be responsible for the same and no refund can be issued. Validity of Gift Cards cannot be extended, new Gift Cards cannot be provided against the expired/unused Gift Cards. There is no fee or other charges associated with Gift Card purchase.
    What shipping carrier are used? Who will deliver my order? Made Alive uses Delhivery or India Post for most orders, to ensure that your products get to you quickly and without damage. How much is shipping charges? Currently we have only one shipping mode. Shipping charges depends on the product weight and location. We have tried our best to provide economical shipping rates and partners who has better delivery network, faster delivery time and are trustworthy. It is important to emphasize that the total value of shipping includes in addition to freight, from the nearest collection center, packaging, handling, logistics and administrative costs. How will my order be packaged? Made Alive packaging is designed to protect your order. We put extreme care in our shipping process and the way we wrap up each order. Invoice and payment information is not sent with your order. It is sent to the email address provided on the order. Production, Shipping & Delivery Time? We will ship within 5-12 business days (depending on product) after the order is placed. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays/peak season in India. Customs and courier service may also require extra time to work on the processing/delivery during peak season (e.g., Diwali, Christmas..etc.). Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorisations sometimes. These delays are outside of Made Alive's control. In some countries, you may need to allow additional time for your local customs generally.
    Can I change, cancel or return my order? You can cancel your order at any time within 24 hours of order placement. Contact us with your order number and we'll cancel it right away and refund your money. After this time period all sales are final. How do I exchange or replace a product? Each product is hand checked by us to ensure you get the best! But sometimes the item(s), during shipment/processing, could get damaged or there would be an imperfection in them. If the product you have received is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will be more than happy to exchange or replace it. Please contact Made Alive within 7 days of order delivery for details on how to go about this process. As part of the replacement, you will be required to send the defective or wrong item back to us; the initial shipping cost is non-refundable. 1. For any exchange or replacement, inquiries must be presented in an email or phone call. Pls submit an inquiry online on mail or on call. 2. To be effective, your product(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging. 3. The steps to follow are to send an email to with the subject Exchange/Replacement indicating the following information: I) Date of order with order number II) Reason for the exchange/replacement III) Photo of the product(s) to be exchanged/replaced. 4. Please note that if after 7 days have passed, we will no longer accept exchanges or replacements. 5. We will only accept exchanges and offer refunds if there is a defect in the quality of goods or if you have received the wrong item(s). 6. If you wish for a refund in above mentioned cases, the order value will be refunded to you once we have received the returned item back. If the defect is due to mishandling on the part of the buyer, Made Alive will not accept a return, exchange, or refund of the item. The prohibition only covers defective, or damaged goods. Made Alive has the right to decline returning or refunding. Please note that customers are responsible for the fees involved for returning items, unless stated otherwise. Can I use multiple discounts together? Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes. Discount codes cannot be combined with items already on sale. Newsletter & social media discount codes are one use per customer.
    How can I save/wishlist my favorite products? Simply click on the “♥” button in the top, left-hand corner of your favorite product on collection page or click “Add to Wishlist” and they’ll automatically be saved to your profile. To view your saved products click on your account/name. Saving products is just like building a wish list that you can reference for future purchases or share with friends and family. I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it? Not a problem. Head over to the login page (in top-right corner of the page) and click “Forget your password?” and follow the steps from there. How do I unsubscribe? You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.
